The Center for Advanced Dentistry team is extremely talented and compassionate.

Implant Coordinator and Surgical Assistant
Stefanie loves seeing how a smile transformation can improve a patient’s life and self-confidence. She’s been with our practice since 2006, has dental assisting certification, and has completed multiple courses on dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.
From start to finish, Stefanie is at the side of our dental implant patients. She presents treatment options and helps a patient determine what financial options work for them. She then assists Dr. Howard with the surgical procedure and provides follow-up care.
Stefanie and her husband, Jared, have two dogs they consider their children. The family enjoys boating at Horsetooth Reservoir, as well as playing softball, kickball, and other outdoor activities. Winter finds them traveling to escape the cold.
Sara enjoys working with our patients on their way to improved oral health and more becoming smiles. She has been with our practice since 2001 and is X-ray and OSHA certified.
Working in the clinic, Sara assists Dr. Howard, chairside, with different procedures, always attentive to their patient’s comfort. She also takes X-rays, handles lab work, and provides direct patient care.
Sara’s favorite hobbies, when she’s not at the office, including hiking and being outdoors, origami, drawing, crafts, and running 5 and 10K races. She also loves attending Colorado Eagles hockey games and treasures time with Chong, her sweet chinchilla.
Kayla likes getting to know our patients and helping with their needs so they have great dental experiences. She joined us in 2019, having started in the field in 2009 after attending dental assisting school in Texas.
Much of Kayla’s day is spent in our clinical area and operatories. She assists Dr. Howard with a range of procedures offers patient care, takes radiographs and impressions, and handles lab work, too.
Kayla has a wonderful husband and three children: two boys and a little girl. The family loves archery and Kayla loves to go hiking and on bike rides. She also loves volunteering with high school kids at her church and with Serve Day, helping with various community projects.
Kate enjoys helping patients solve problems and strives to make each person’s visits exceptional. A certified Surgical Technician, she joined our office in 2015, bringing with her many years of experience.
Working at the front desk, Kate greets and checks in patients, schedules appointments, and helps with billing. She also helps patients understand their insurance benefits, answers questions, and works to resolve any issues. Her goal is to make every visit productive and worry-free.
Kate and her husband have six adult children and one grandchild, along with two adorable rescue dogs, Marley and Hector. The couple loves to golf, travel, and be with family and friends.
Kaitlyn enjoys getting to know our patients personally and ensuring each visit is great. She has been with us since 2018, starting part-time while completing a business degree from FRCC, and now full-time.
Spending the day at our front desk, Kaitlyn welcomes and checks in patients, assists with paperwork, and schedules appointments. She also handles insurance and billing matters, answers patient questions, and ensures patients know they are valued and respected.
Kaitlyn is a newlywed and loves spending her free time with her wonderful new husband. She also enjoys being with friends and family, and exploring all the great Colorado outdoors has to offer.
Aundrea enjoys establishing a trusting relationship with patients and celebrates when people take ownership of their dental health. She joined our practice in 2015, having started in the field in 2001, and has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Each year she completes many hours of continuing education to stay current on the latest advances in dental hygiene and dentistry.
Working with her patients, Aundrea reviews their medical and dental histories and performs gentle dental cleanings, periodontal cleanings, and periodontal treatments. During visits, she offers dental health and oral hygiene education, as well as nutritional counseling.
Aundrea and her husband Steve have a son and daughter. She spends most of her non-working hours chasing the kids and Steve, who’s a coach. In her free time, Aundrea enjoys cooking, reading, music, and exploring the great outdoors.
Katie loves when she and a patient work as a team to achieve and maintain the healthiest oral condition possible. She joined our practice in 2018, holds an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene, and started in the dental field in 2011.
Working with her patients, Katie assesses their oral health and then educates them on how to best care for their teeth and gums. She prevents and treats gum disease through debridement (cleaning) of the teeth and root surfaces, too. During visits, she encourages patients to make positive changes in their dental hygiene practices in order to improve the health of their smiles.
Katie’s family keeps her busy outside the office: she’s married and has three young children. The family loves to camp and hike, and Katie tries to find time to run, too.
